Take My Creative Commons Crash Course Webinar

Next month, I will be offering a webinar through LITA called the Creative Commons Crash Course. Some of you may recall that I offered a five minute Ignite Session of the same title at the ALA Midwinter Meeting earlier this year. It proved to be so popular that I decided to expand upon it to offer a training that will teach those who work in libraries how to find and use Creative Commons licensed materials at their libraries and to encourage more people to license their own materials under Creative Commons licenses. Join me for this webinar if you are interested in learning more about the history of Creative Commons, how the licenses differ, and how you can use these materials for all sorts of projects.

If you are interested in participating, you can sign up on LITA’s website. The webinar will be held on October 7th at 2:30 PM Eastern time. I hope many of you will be able to attend!
