Create Videos With You Mobile Device With Spark Camera

Spark Camera LogoVideo content is becoming an ever more important part of the web and, specifically, of social media. Users create video of themselves and their activities to share across the internet, frequently using their mobile devices to create quick, high quality videos without needing specialized equipment. The Spark Camera app is one of many tools aimed at video production, but it has a few features that set it apart.

Spark Camera focuses specifically on videos unlike some apps that work with both still images and videos, but this narrow focus allows it to also offer a more tailored experience. You can record videos directly within the app using the camera of your device or you can upload any video in your library to the app. Once you have a video, you can use any of 11 filters to change its look (ranging from black and white to novelty options such as a green filter called Area 51). You can also trim the clip to your specifications or combine multiple clips into a single video. While the app does record audio as well as video, you also have the option to add your own soundtrack by taking a song from your iTunes library and playing it over the video. Once you have finished a video, you are offered the option to share it via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, SMS or email. The app is also integrated with AirDrop to make it easy to share videos via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

The layout, design and overall user interface of Spark Camera make it a very approachable option for video recording. It is currently the free app of the week in the App Store, making it the perfect time to give it a try.
