My First YALSA App of the Week Post

YALSA BlogThis week I contributed my first App of the Week post to the YALSA Blog. It’s a review of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Solve the Outbreak app, which is a great option for anyone interested in learning more about how the CDC finds the cause of disease outbreaks and saves lives. I’m really excited to have an opportunity to contribute to YALSA’s blog. It’s a great resource for young adult librarians and the App of the Week posts, which are published each Wednesday, are a great resource for all librarians who are interested in keeping up on the latest and best blogs for their patrons. I’ll be posting reviews of apps of interest to teens and young adult librarians every few weeks, but if you are interested in apps, I would highly recommend checking out the YALSA Blog every Wednesday.
