Learn About Mobile Apps

Do your patrons have tablets and/or smartphones? Do they ask you about the best apps for productivity, learning and fun? Do you wonder how to keep up with these requests? On April 18th, I will be offering a webinar called App Advisory 101 through ALA’s Reference and User Services Association (RUSA). In this webinar, I will introduce participants to some of the hottest and best apps available right now and the best resources for keeping up on new apps as they emerge. By the end of the webinar, you will have been introduced to apps across a range of interests and will have the tools needed to develop a plan for integrating this information into your library’s reference and outreach efforts. Come learn more about apps and the impact that they can have on day-to-day activities! Learn more and register on the RUSA website.

I would love to take your webinar, but have no possibility that day and time. Any chance for re-runs?

I’m sorry to hear you won’t be able to attend! At this time, this is the only scheduled offering. But, I have also written about some of the apps I will be discussing on this blog and I post again if I will be offering the webinar again in the future.
